2. Outer Box Production

The outer box, usually made of corrugated cardboard, provides structural support and protection for the inner bag.

a. Cardboard Selection and Printing

Material Selection: Choose high-quality corrugated cardboard for durability and strength.

Printing: Print branding, product information, and instructions on the flat sheets of cardboard using high-quality printing techniques.

b. Cutting and Folding

Cutting: Cut the printed cardboard sheets into the appropriate size and shape using a die-cutting machine.

Folding and Gluing: Fold the cut sheets into the box shape and glue or tape the edges to form the box.

3. Assembly

a. Inserting the Bag into the Box

Bag Placement: Place the sealed inner bag with the valve into the pre-formed cardboard box. This can be done manually or using automated machinery.

Securing the Valve: Ensure that the valve or tap is properly aligned and accessible through the designated opening in the box.
