Heat Seal Aseptic Colostrum Bag

 

Constructed with triple-layer PET/NY/PE film (170μm/layer), this bag utilizes heat-sealed aseptic technology to create an oxygen and microbial barrier, effectively preserving bioactive components during frozen storage (-20°C) or transit. The standard 22mm screw-threaded spout seamlessly integrates with feeding tubes and plastic colostrum baskets, streamlining calf nutrition management.

 

The food-grade PE inner liner resists puncture from ice crystals. Vertical design optimizes storage (2.5L: 210×350mm; 4L: 325×405mm), with unit weights of just 31g (2.5L) or 50g (4L). Shipped in reinforced corrugated cartons (300 units/carton for 2.5L; 200 for 4L) to minimize freight costs.

 

OEM/ODM services available: Spout diameter adjustments, light-blocking multilayer upgrades, custom logo printing (screen/foil), and tailored packaging solutions. Full colostrum collection-storage-feeding systems offered.
