The interior utilizes 120-250 micron multilayer barrier film (customizable thickness) to preserve liquid freshness by blocking oxygen and moisture ingress.

A food-grade screw-cap spout (8.6mm–33mm options) ensures leak-proof dispensing, while reinforced handles (injection-molded plastic or precision die-cut) provide secure grip for gallon-volume handling. The rigid structure maintains shape integrity under pressure and supports custom bag shapes for brand differentiation.
