This Liquid Spout Doypack with Tap features a rigid PET/PA/PE composite shell for exceptional resistance to impact and crushing during transit and storage. The robust construction ensures reliable protection for contents ranging from 1L to 10L (custom sizes available). Inside, a multi-layer PET/AL/PA/PE film liner provides an effective barrier against oxygen and UV light, preserving the freshness of juices, wines, and other non-carbonated beverages. Critically, the liner is food-safe, BPA-free, and withstands hot-filling up to +85°C.

 

The integrated Vitop valve is a key advantage: installation is tool-free and takes seconds, significantly streamlining your filling line operations. The 16mm to 33mm nozzle options cater to various flow rate requirements. The rigid structure allows the doypack to stand securely during dispensing and storage, optimizing space utilization.
